hi My son was diagnosed with scleroderma in second grade. He is a senior now and because of all his health issues (scleroderma, accelerated bone growth, insulin resistance, 2 sleep disorders, type II Diabetes, papil edema, kidney problems, etc) he will need to go to college in order to ever support himself. I am researching any scholarship programs for children with illnesses and would appreciate any direction. I am a single parent and will get no support for college from my son's father and I am worried about my son's future if he does not go to college. He is a talented young man who is consistently on the honor roll and in the top 10% of his class.
